T1 - Horse chestnut - trim back to boundary to previous points (1-2m)

T.1 - London Plane - to the rear of The Willows on west boundary adjacent to plots 113 and 125 - Reduce crown on N side by up to 3m to reduce overhang on plot no 124. Reduce crown on S side of crown by up to 3m to reduce overhang on plot no 113. Reduce remaining crown by, up to 3m to balance and shape overall crown. Pruning works should be to previous points.

To crown raise the X6 mixed trees along the boundary wall overhanging into the residential gardens (indicated in shaded area on submitted email) to 5 meters from ground level. Reduce back some selected over extended limbs back into the crown line

Tree works at no. 9 and no. 10 Davallia Drive. T56, T57, T58 and T59 - Ash: fell. (To be repaced with 4 rowans) T54 - Cherry: reduce back to boundary cutting back to suitable subordinate growth. Roots may also be pruned up to a diameter of 25mm

T1 Western red cedar Remove tree and replant nearby T2 Lawson cypress Remove tree and replant nearby T3 Plane Laterally reduce in line with boundary. Shape cuts into remainder of crown to leave a rounded overall form T4 Horse chestnut Crown reduce height by up to 2.5m and spread by up to 2m

To section fell the sycamore in decline on the boundary of car park

T1 - Indian Bean tree (T1 on map) - remove branches over hanging building to give a clear 2m gap in line with the tree's shape and shape accordingly on the building side - reduction is by around 3 metres back in line with the tree's shape T2 - Oak tree (T15 on map) - large limb on east side to be reduced away from the boundary by 3 metres to the car park due to risk of failure.

T112A (TPO G5) - Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) - Crown Reduction Works - Specification to include reduce back all branches overhanging to within 2m of boundary with neighbour, cutting back to strong secondary growth. To give the house a good 3m clearance. New shape indicated in red on image.

Holm Oak in garden of St Lawrence House by the Western boundary wall: reduce to previous pruning points (constitutes a reduction of around 1.5m) It needs to be cut back to original size as do e previously around 2015. This will reduce the chance of it destroying the boundary wall it is abutting and prevent it coming down in a storm. It is number 1 in the sketch plan and it sits next to Rectory Lane at the Southern aspect of the property grounds.
