T1 - London Plane. Crown lift over neighbouring car park and house to a height of 5 metres

T1. Wester Red Cedar. Crown Reduction Works -reducing back branches off adjacent Hornbeam, to give 2m clearance. Prune extended branches house side by no more than 1.6m. T2. Yew. Crown Reduction Works - reduce extended branches garden side only. Cutting back to strong green secondary growth. T3. Crown Reduction Works - reduce back branches garden side only to give adjacent Leylandi Conifer hedge more light.

Reduce large lime at front of property by 15-20% (with a slightly heavier reduction on the house side), down to an approx height of 20m tall and crown spread of 12m. Reason: safety assessment following recent branch failure

Beech - prune to give 4m clearance from house. Crown lift to 6m over lawn. Remove low branch over hedge / road

T1 - Yew tree in between 2 buildings - reduction of the entire tree by 2 metres all around to bring the tree under the apex of the house and away from both brick walls of buildings.

Walnut on CBC land: reduction of 2.5m on the garden / house side of the tree (to suitable growth points as described in BS3998 (2010)

T112A (TPO G5) - Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) - Crown Reduction Works - Specification to include reduce back all branches overhanging to within 2m of boundary with neighbour, cutting back to strong secondary growth. To give the house a good 3m clearance. New shape indicated in red on image.

Holm Oak in garden of St Lawrence House by the Western boundary wall: reduce to previous pruning points (constitutes a reduction of around 1.5m) It needs to be cut back to original size as do e previously around 2015. This will reduce the chance of it destroying the boundary wall it is abutting and prevent it coming down in a storm. It is number 1 in the sketch plan and it sits next to Rectory Lane at the Southern aspect of the property grounds.

1 - Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) - Branch removal and Crown lifting works to include remove large limb growing in a North Easterly direction towards the house, cutting back to strong secondary branch, in line with paving slabs at the shed. Remove low primary branch overhanging foot path. Reduce back branches growing towards highway. All branches are marked in red on images. Crown lift highway side up to 3m over path and 5m over road.

Oak - Crown lift to 5m, reduce laterals away from building by 2m, reduce height of house side of canpy by 1.5m - 2m.
