Amend and reduce existing raised decking to side, open new doors onto garden, replace and amend opening side door and window and replace existing flat roofs with contemporary low pitch seamed roofing system with parapets.

Extend rear first floor external wall out level with ground floor external wall to rear, eliminating lean-to roof. Addition of covered patio area to the rear. Additional and amended window openings (amendments to previously approved application ref. 18/00882/FUL and 20/00789/AMEND).
