Development of a new exit road from the Arle Court Park and Ride facility and new slip road onto the A40 westbound carriageway. Change of use from residential to highway use of the site of Pine Lodge and White Lodge for the widening of Hatherley Lane on the southern approach to Arle Court Roundabout. Provision of a temporary construction compound for all four phases of the West of Cheltenham Transport Improvement Scheme (WCTIS) , on land comprising the demolition of Pine Lodge and White Lodge, including a section of the Arle Court Park and Ride site.
