Works to be carried out on Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) that is situated at Mitford Lodge but overhangs the property of Penn House. Reduce side that overhangs Penn House garden by 1-1.5 metres back to suitable pruning points and shape to match

T1: Magnolia: Remove to ground level due to its proximity to the house. T2: Fig: Prune by 1m.

Prune yew / laurel group by 20%, lift to 1m (G1). Dismantle the large Bay tree (T2). Dismantle yews closest to property, prune to form hedge with rest of group (T3). Prune various group by 1.5m (G4). Prune holly and snowberries group (G5). Prune fig to boundary (T6). Mulberry - reduce by 30%, lift to 2-3m, thin 20% (to give 2m clearance to house) (T7). Dismantle the large Viburnum (T8). Formative prune quince / fig group (G10). Prune holly by up to 30% (G11). Reduce Philadelphus and laurel (G11) Fell the large Eucalyptus (T12)
