Prune yew / laurel group by 20%, lift to 1m (G1). Dismantle the large Bay tree (T2). Dismantle yews closest to property, prune to form hedge with rest of group (T3). Prune various group by 1.5m (G4). Prune holly and snowberries group (G5). Prune fig to boundary (T6). Mulberry - reduce by 30%, lift to 2-3m, thin 20% (to give 2m clearance to house) (T7). Dismantle the large Viburnum (T8). Formative prune quince / fig group (G10). Prune holly by up to 30% (G11). Reduce Philadelphus and laurel (G11) Fell the large Eucalyptus (T12)

T1 Lucombe Oak - Reduce limb over garage by 2m-3m (TPO); T2 Holm Oak to side of property - Reduce back from house by approximately 3-4m; T3 Yew - Reduce back from house by approximately 3-4m; T4 Lime - Reduce overhang back to boundary.

T.1 - Sycamore in rear garden along boundary wall - remove due to proximity to house and party wall.

T.1 - Lawson cypress and T.2 - Thuja - along boundary fence line - remove due to proximity to neighbouring house. T.3, T.4, T.5 - Lawson cypress - reduce in height by one third

T1 (29 & 29A on Nazareth House Map) - Ash (Fraxinus) & Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) - Reduce back all overhanging branches back to the neighbours (No.3) boundary. To include secondary branches on the Sycamore and the large scaffold limb on the Ash.

Mixed Species (T2) - Resolve tree nuisance adjacent to house; Reduce back all branches overhanging the boundary, which are in direct conflict and touching distance from the house. Sycamore (Acer Pseudoplatanus) (T3) - Issue of overhanging tree dropping branches onto parked cars; Crown reduce to include the reduction of all branches overhanging the boundary by 2m, cutting back to strong suitable secondary growth.
