Crown reduce by 0.5m. T4- Plum. Remove T5- Silver birch (neighbour's). Prune to boundary (pruning overhang by maximum 1.5m)

Overall Crown reduce horse chestnut tree by 10-15% overall, maximum of 3m reduction (where outliers grow beyond natural outline of crown) and branch diameter of 120mm.

Erection of a fence at rear of garden to create new boundary

T1 chestnut on the corner boundary, reduce the over extended limb away from the building and bring back into the shape of the crown, T2,3,4:- mature chestnut trees on the fence line, remove all epicormic growth to approximately 5 meters from ground level
