Non material amendment to planning permission 18/01050/FUL, seeking change in the description of Development Proposed ground and first floor extensions and increase to existing roof height, together with remodelling and alterations to dwelling including any associated structural/rebuilding works as necessary

Variation of condition 16 of planning permission ref. 19/00492/CONDIT, under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990, to amend the wording of the condition to read "Construction of plots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29 and 30, the dwellings shall be fitted with glazing and ventilation as per the noise mitigation measures set out in the conclusion to the Noise Impact Assessment (Ref.M1728/R01a) dated 30th June 2017, and additional email dated 1st July 2020"
