Variation of condition 16 of planning permission ref. 19/00492/CONDIT, under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990, to amend the wording of the condition to read "Construction of plots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29 and 30, the dwellings shall be fitted with glazing and ventilation as per the noise mitigation measures set out in the conclusion to the Noise Impact Assessment (Ref.M1728/R01a) dated 30th June 2017, and additional email dated 1st July 2020"
