Demolition of existing rear extensions and conservatory and erection of two storey rear/side extension and single storey side extension, erection of new boundary wall and entrance gates and new velux roof lights to existing roof space.

Brick built garden room 5.60m deep by 4.25 m wide to replace existing uPVC conservatory. Rear garden boundary runs at an angle to the house and the extension would be 2.50m at the North corner and 4.60m at the closest points. See modified Site Plan. This is to be attached to the dining room, single-storey with pitched roof with concret tiles to the rear of the property. Four velux windows in the roof and French doors to the South and North sides of this extension.

Removal of large branch on Ash (1) extending over shed in garden No3. pruning back of lower branches of other trees along rear boundary of No. 1 to a suitabloe side shoot to reduce shade and reduce devris falling onto shed roof and garden.
