T1-4 Lime trees adjacent to the front boundary of the property. Re-pollard to approximately 1m above the previous height

Planning is already in place to include removal of trees identified for the build. To facilitate further with the build G2 Pine treees, T1 and T2 within the boundary of the building willbeed to be crown lifted to 4.5m. T4 Horse chestnut tree which is not included in the TPO to be raised by 4.5m as this is located within the turning area for vehicles. Any Major deadwood 60mm in diameter to be removed so contruction workers can work safely

T1 Sycamore - a poor tree, with low vigour and dead wood throughout the crown. It has been inexpertly pruned in the past and has asymmetric form due to suppression from an adjacent larger tree that has recently been removed. The tree has little amenity value. It stands forward of a line of trees that form an old field boundary and so its removal would be of little impact to the appearance of the area. It is not a suitable tree for a garden of this size. Due to the limited space in the garden, it would be appropriate to waive the condition to replant, so as to avoid a repeat of the same problems in the future.

The trees are numbered from T1 to T12 within our property boundary area, and a sketch of their locations is provided in Schedule 2 of the attached tree survey report (Page 8). The schedule of works proposed to trees T1 to T12 is contained in Schedule 1 of the attached tree survey report (Page 6). The tree numbers T1 to T12 are not the original numbers found in the Tree Preservation Order, since we understand that the TPO covers a 'group of trees' rather than individually numbered trees). We have identified them in this way for ease of reference and have matched these numbers to the descriptions of the trees on our property as requested.
