T5 Beech- remove all dead wood from tree canopy and T2 Lime- Crown lift low branches up to 3m from ground level (to clear overhanging branches to private residents shed) and remove epicormic growth from base of stem

Discharge of condition 7 (tree survey) of CHE/17/00804 - Conversion of existing goat shed/stables into holiday let using shared access drive.

T3- TPO No. 331, 2014. Remove a group of smaller branches that have grown from an area where a large branch was previously removed before it had a TPO. Lift the crown to give a 1.5-2m clearance above the shed underneath for cleaning and maintenance of the roof.

Weeping Ash - Tree located within grounds of Children First Day Nursery. Currently exhibiting symptoms consistent with minor infection of ash dieback (approximately 10%): undersized leaves in upper crown & discoloured shoots throughout. At time of inspection approximately half the crown has green leaves still attached, whilst the other half has completely shed leaves (i.e. abscised without colour change). No lesions evident, although clustered drooping form makes observation difficult. Large open cavity at approximately 3m at scaffold union. Deadwood removed (2020). - Reduce crown by approximately 1-2m, extent informed by aerial inspection. Remove deadwood 2 x Horse chestnuts - Two chestnuts immediately behind cabin both appear in reduced physiological condition, with evidence of historic ground works (smaller tree: historic failure of central leader; larger: stem exudation). - Fell to ground level

Tree works required following from neighbouring complaint. 3no trees due to neighbour complaint. 1no Willow to be pollarded. 1no Birch to be felled to ground to level. 1no Sycamore to be selective pruned to remove limbs overhanging shed.

Removal of large branch on Ash (1) extending over shed in garden No3. pruning back of lower branches of other trees along rear boundary of No. 1 to a suitabloe side shoot to reduce shade and reduce devris falling onto shed roof and garden.
