Oak tree (T9), reduce 2 no. lowest laterals on the south and south-east sectors by 2-3m and thin these laterals by up to 15-20% to create a gap of 3-4m from the outbuilding roof on 1 no. Oak tree (T10), crown lift by up to 5m (above ground level), reduce end weight on two lowest branches by 2-3m (over power line) on 1 no. Oak tree (T11), reduce compromised limb by 2-3m (mid crown) and deadwood on 1 no. Oak tree (T12) and crown lift by up to 5m on the south and east sectors (above ground level) and reduce by 2.5-3m to clear adjacent utility cables on 1 no. Oak tree (T13). All 8 no. trees are within Area, A1 subject to LX/59/01108/TPO.

Reduce extending branching (growing eastwards) by 0.5m on south-east and north-east sectors at 5m (above ground level). Reduce by 1m (extending over roof) on 1 no. branch extending north-east at 12m (above ground level) and 1 no. branch extending to south-east at 14m (above ground level). Reduce by up to 2m (extending over roof) on an ascending stem to east at 18m (above ground level) on 1 no. Monterey Pine tree (quoted as T1) within Area, A1, subject to CC/58/00137/TPO.

Remove outer fork of 1 no. limb on the south sector at 7m (to clear the roof of the annexe) on 1 no. Sycamore tree (T3). Prune 1 no. limb at 13m on the south sector to clear lamp standard by 2m and remove epicormic shooting up to 10m (above ground level) on 1 no. Lime tree (T12). Both subject to CC/75/00237/TPO.

Crown reduce by 3m (back to previous pruning points) on 1 no. Lime tree, crown reduce by 2m (all round) on 1 no. Norway Maple tree (both within Area, A2) and crown lift by up to 5m on south-eastern sector (above ground level) to clear garage roof on 1 no. Sycamore tree (within Area, A1).
