Internal refurbishment and repainting of ground, first and second floor windows externally. Additional fixed furniture and screens are also to be provided.

Replacement (like for like) of 2 no. first floor windows (quoted as W8 and W10) on west elevation.

Replace 2 no. front windows with single glazed timber sash windows, remove affected areas of poor flint above front door, repair and make good including garrets, reinstate damaged brick arches and re-point crack in mortar.

Internal alterations including reconfiguration of layout with removal of stud walls and relocation of basement stairs. Demolishment of single storey aspect on east elevation. Removal of 1 no. ground floor window, reinstatement of 1 no. door and alterations to first floor window on west elevation.

Cladding of existing single storey extension to west elevation including fenestration changes, demolition of link and provision of replacement glazed link, alterations to boundary walling, external steps and gate.

Replacement 2nd floor dormer window on the front elevation and replacement of 1st floor window on the rear elevation.

Change to external materials to first floor east (rear) elevation from timber cladding to smooth render, new aluminium window, 2 no. aluminium double doors proposed colour black, composite front metal fire escape and terrace area to replace existing timber.

Replacement of modern plaster and render with lime plaster and render. Removal of chimney stack and partition wall. Repairs to historic windows and replacement of modern windows.

Replacement of all windows to courtyard (north and west elevations) and interior layout alteration to accommodate lift.

Replacement of dilapidated roof coverings, dismantling and reconstruction of 2 no. leaning chimney stacks,replacement of non-original and dilapidated windows front and rear and replacement of block front boundary wall with traditional railings and gate.
