Erection of a new-build garage and pool house, ancillary to an existing dwelling (previously approved under application ref. WI/21/03545/FUL). Existing Poolhouse to be demolished - (Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission WI/22/01440/DOM for a pitched roof profile for the garage).

Non-material amendment to Planning Permission WR/17/03219/DOM to modify one of the rear roof dormers into a gable wall aligned with the original rear wall of the house with a half hipped roof. The second dormer above the new side extension is to be reduced in size to accommodate the new gable.
