T1 ash - crown reduction to north side of canopy to clear/raise above roof by minimum 2m, T2 field maple - reduce crown back to boundary, T3 field maple - fell, T5 field maple - fell, T6 & T7 oak - reduce crown back to boundary line, T8 beech - reduce crown back to boundary line. Variation of Condition 16 of planning permission PL/19/0908/FA (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new dwelling, linked garage, entrance gates, boundary treatment and associated works.) to allow for: Design amendments, including redesigned single storey rear garden room with increased floor area and changes to roof. Changes to windows, doors and rooflights, omission of one rear Juliet balcony, internal layouts. Omission of railings and addition of brick wall to front boundary and enlarged driveway area and changes to trees.
