Variation of condition 10 of planning permission CH/2017/1715/FA (Demolition of the existing property at 67 Lower Road and the construction of two detached replacement dwellings and single detached garage to plot B, creation of a new vehicular access off Lower Road, associated parking) to allow for : additional rooflights and loft accommodation on Plot 1 and changes to windows and doors on Plots 1 and 2.
