B) Changes to the proposed garage. C) A step down by 80-100mm in part of the roof ridge over the garage. D) Swap the single garage door for 2 no. twin doors. E) Changes to the proposed passageway between the existing house and new extension labelled as 'New glazed link' (approved dwg Fern-D-110A) - now to become a lounge with fireplace. D) Omit the proposed barbecue area located in the open undercroft at ground floor of the proposed extension (south east). Increase BBQ store area to allow for library. E) Omit the oak framed balcony serving the new main bedroom at first floor of the proposed extension (south east).
