Non material amendment to planning application PL/21/3599/FA (First floor extension above existing garage, part two storey/part first floor rear extension to garage, single storey side extension linking garage to house, replacement of conservatory roof with tiles, changes to doors and windows) to allow for A) The addition of a oak framed main entry canopy with patio step. B) Changes to the proposed garage. C) A step down by 80-100mm in part of the roof ridge over the garage. D) Swap the single garage door for 2 no. twin doors.
