T1 beech - tip lateral limbs back from over garage roof by 2m; T2 hawthorn - to height of epicormic growth and fell the small ash (T9) tree next to it; T3 beech - tip reduce house side to give a clearance of 2m; T4 beech - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance; T5 beech - tip reduce away from garage to give 2m clearance; T6 maple - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance; T7 beech - reduce back from neighbour property to give a 2m clearance. Mixed Species hedge ( G2) Reduce crown height by approximately 1-3 metres to maintain at around 5 meters in height. Sycamore x2 and Oak group (G1) Raise lower branches overhanging the house by 2-3 metres to create a clearance over roof. Beech (T1) - Reduce crown spread over the garden by approximately 2-3 metres. Raise lower branches to a height of 5-6 metres.

T1 Sweet Chestnut - fell, T2 Beech - crown lift/tip lower branches and one low limb by up to 3m, T3 Oak - fell, T4 Oak - clearance of branches from roof line by up to 3m and crown lift low limb facing house by up to 3m. (SBDC TPO 7 of 1988).
