Approval of condition 9 parts iii and iv (Site contamination) of planning permission PL/21/3103/FA - Demolition of building and outbuilding to rear and the redevelopment of the site through the construction of a two/three storey building comprising one retail unit, nine residential units, a single storey general and cycle storage building, and a single storey waste and recycling store

Approval of condition 16 (a scheme of ecological enhancements) of planning permission PL/20/1685/FA - Residential development consisting of 5 no. dwellings with associated access and landscaping, following demolition of existing buildings associated with the livery and storage uses on site.

Approval of condition 10 (CEMP-Biodiversity) of planning permission PL/21/3185/FA - Demolition of garage block with flat above, existing residential dwelling and office/domestic storage building. Erection of two replacement single storey dwellings.

Approval of condition 7 (noise from nearby traffic sources) of planning permission PL/21/2373/FA - Erection of a two storey residential building with accommodation within the roof to provide 7 x 1 bedroom flats with associated works including landscaping, car parking and partial demolition of existing buildings (as approved under planning permission ref: PL/20/3921/FA).

Approval of Conditions 2 (Survey and Repair Schedule Cottage Gable), 5 (Window & Door Drawings, Details and Specification) and 9 (Photo sample of external cladding) of planning permission PL/20/1864HB -Listed Building Consent for : The renovation and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Lords Mill Cottage and adjacent timber framed barn structures. The demolition of ancillary shed structures to the rear and the conversion of the existing barn structures into 4 no residential dwellings with rooflights, car parking, and landscaping.
