Consultation from Buckinghamshire Council - Minerals and Waste Planning Team: Variation of conditions pursuant to planning permission CM/21/14 including amendment to the phased working, landfilling and restoration levels (conditions 3), extension of time for implementation of interim restoration scheme by five years from 2023 to 2028 and extension of time for overall completion of the site by 15 years from 2029 to 2044 (conditions 4, 91 and 92), increase in percentage of surcharging using imported waste (condition 75), removal of 250 m buffer for waste deposition (condition 15), alterations to plans including change to waste silt management system and relocation of the reception facilities, and consolidation of ecology conditions (conditions 20, 33, 34, 36, 38 and 39).
