Variation of condition 9 (No demolition prior to a Natural England licence is approved) of application 17/02240/FUL (replacement nursery and 10 no. 2 bedroom apartments) to allow for new sites accesses to be constructed prior to the discharge of condition. No demolition of the existing buildings or erection of any new buildings shall be undertaken until a licence from Natural England is submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
