Variation of conditions 9 (Use of outbuilding) and 10 (Approved plans) of planning permission PL/21/4180/FA (Two storey side/rear extension, single storey side/front extension, garage conversion to workshop, new entrance gate, additional windows and rooflights and internal alterations) to allow for an increase in the footprint and height of the outbuilding and a change of use to a residential annexe.
