Variation of condition 10 (means of access)of planning permission PL/21/4558/FA - Demolition of existing dwelling and redevelopment of site to provide two pairs of semi-detached dwellings (resubmission of PL/21/2395/FA) to allow No occupation of the development shall take place until the new means of access has been sited and laid out in accordance with the approved drawing and constructed in accordance with Buckinghamshire Council guide note Private Vehicular Access Within the Public Highway.
