Variation of condition 11 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/22/2486/FA (Demolition of existing residential development and the construction of a new dwelling) to allow changes to design, relocation of rooflights and increased roof ridge height

Approval of condition 5 (samples or details of materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development) of planning permssion PL/21/2373/FA - Erection of a two storey residential building with accommodation within the roof to provide 7 x 1 bedroom flats with associated works including landscaping, car parking and partial demolition of existing buildings (as approved under planning permission ref: PL/20/3921/FA).

Demolition of existing residential development and the construction of a new dwelling

Variation of condition 10 (means of access)of planning permission PL/21/4558/FA - Demolition of existing dwelling and redevelopment of site to provide two pairs of semi-detached dwellings (resubmission of PL/21/2395/FA) to allow No occupation of the development shall take place until the new means of access has been sited and laid out in accordance with the approved drawing and constructed in accordance with Buckinghamshire Council guide note Private Vehicular Access Within the Public Highway. The commencement, demolition and construction of development can however take place before this is in place.

Annex and Barn Hall) and construction of a replacement two-storey (plus part-lower ground floor) leisure, sports and community building (Use Classes D1 and D2), including 25m swimming pool, diving pool, multipurpose sports hall, squash courts, climbing walls, spa, library, community hall, fitness and gym studios, nursery and dedicated external sports equipment including MUGA and play areas alongside associated external car parking, coach drop off, cycling provision, alterations to vehicular access and landscaping.) to allow for change to the wording of Conditions 6 (hard landscaping), 9 (cycle parking), 14 (cycle parking) and 28 (SUDS) to relate to the completion of the final car park phase rather than prior to first occupation of the development
