Application for a minor non-material amendment to reserved matters consent ref. 17/00441/REMMAJ (Reserved matters application for parcels M1 & HA1 pursuant to outline planning permission ref: 14/00927/OUTMAJ, for 160 residential dwellings, including 4 storey apartments, 3 storey town houses and 2, and 2.5 storey dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping) to make adjustments to the approved footpaths from the site to Central Avenue to avoid mature trees and minimise impact on root protection zones
