Works comprising the installation of new plant services; replacement / refurbishment of windows; and internal alterations associated with the refurbishment and fire safety works to reception area and third and fifth floor offices.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for amendments to Condition 38 (PV Panels) and Condition 39 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission dated 18.01.2023 (ref:22/00158/FULMAJ), to accommodate design changes including: (i)Reconfiguration of areas in basements 01 and 02, and plant rooms at office levels (ii) Alterations to main entrance, (iii) Material finish of ground floor columns, (iv) Installation of additional UKPN substation, (v) alteration to north and south corner windows, (vi) removal of one column of windows along rear facade, (vii) revised rear louver configuration (viii) alterations to plant at roof level.

Submission of particulars and samples of the materials to be used on all external faces of the building including external ground and upper level surfaces; details of the proposed new facade(s) including typical details of the fenestration and entrances; details of ground floor elevations; details of the ground floor office entrance(s); details of soffits, hand rails and balustrades; and details of all alterations to the existing facade pursuant to conditions 8 a, b, c, d, g and h of planning permission reference 21/01028/FULL dated 11.08.2022.

Extensive alterations and upgrade of the existing building to include facade alterations, re-cladding and window replacement. Improvement works to, and relocation of, entrance. Rooftop single storey extension to provide an additional 595sqm of office floorspace (Use Class E) together with plant enclosures and roof terrace.

Change of use of lower ground floor from part betting shop (Sui Generis) and part office (Use Class E) to retail and office (Use Class E), and change of use of part ground floor from retail to office use (Use Class Eg) and alteration and extension, including: (i) new and replacement windows to the facade at all levels; (ii) removal of existing rooftop plant enclosure and erection of one storey roof extension at seventh floor to provide office (Use Class E) with erection of plant room and fire escape above and creation of private terrace at roof level; (iii) new shopfronts and office entrance at ground floor level with reconfiguration of retail space; (iv) rear partial infill extension from first to sixth floors to provide office accommodation (Use Class E); and ancillary works.

Removal of existing mezzanine floor and insertion of replacement floor, alterations to the fenestration on Shoe Lane at pavement level, insertion of an opening in the internalised east elevation of City Temple at lower ground and mezzanine level to facilitate linkage with Morley House, insertion of louvres on the Plumtree Court elevation; enlargement and underpinning existing foundations and additional column foundations; new Atrium junction detail between hotel and City Temple Church; and installation of new plant in association with the change of use of the lower ground and mezzanine floor to office space.

Refurbishment and extension of the existing office building to include; external works to facades, new windows and doors throughout, infilling of the rear lightwell over basement and ground level, alterations to the existing roof structure to facilitate an occupiable external terrace, and extension of the existing lift shaft and stair core by 1 additional floor to create terrace access.

Refurbishment of the existing building for continued office use including the reconstruction of the rear ground extension; new rear terrace; rationalisation of plant equipment; replacement of windows; internal alterations; upgrades to services, fabric repairs and altered decorations; and conversion of the third and fourth floors to ancillary accommodation for The Mercers' Company (as per 15/01308/FULL and 15/01309/LBC).

Refurbishment of the existing building for continued office use including the reconstruction of the rear ground extension; new rear terrace; rationalisation of plant equipment; replacement of windows; internal alterations; upgrades to services, fabric repairs and altered decorations; and conversion of the third and fourth floors to ancillary accommodation for The Mercers' Company (as per 15/01308/FULL and 15/01309/LBC).

Internal alterations to improve the office, disabled WC and kitchen. This includes taking down and rebuilding two later partitions blocking up one doorway, replacing inappropriate glazing in two sash windows to the kitchen. Further works include replacing lighting and electrical power sources data cabling etc. removal of a modern ceiling light feature in the office. Replacement of existing vinyl sheet and carpet floor finishes.
