Application under section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission ref. 21/00271/FULMAJ dated 29.08.2023 to amend condition 95 (approved plans) to allow for the following revisions to the residential building: (i) internal reconfiguration within apartment layouts; (ii) formation of plant areas at basement levels; (iii) adjustments to the location and size of window openings; (iv) rationalisation of the façade panelling and (v) reconfiguration of the residential facilities at basement level.

Conversion of part of the ground floor to two flats, retention of the existing estate office at part ground floor level, installation of replacement windows at ground floor to match existing, and the provision of a new disabled parking space.

Conversion of part of the ground floor to two flats with internal and external works including: (i) reorganisation and refurbishment of the existing Estates office; (ii) internal reconfiguration and alterations including the removal and insertion of partitions; (iii) installation of replacement windows at ground floor to match existing: and (iv) the provision of a disabled parking space.
