Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 19/01307/FULEIA dated 23rd September 2021 to i) amend condition 60 (Short Stay Cycle Parking), added as part of 23/00069/NMA to clarify the trigger point; and ii) amend condition 38 (Landscaping Details) and condition 57 (Approved Plans) to allow amendments to the vertical greening strategy.
