Partial discharge of Schedule 3 requirements relating to the Landscaping and detailed design works (River wall Granite, paving) pursuant to BLABF 5 and BLABF 14 of the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Tideway Tunnel) Order 2014 as amended.

The refurbishment and extension to the host building, including the erection of a single storey roof extension (use class E), a roof terrace, refurbishment to the existing entrance, hard and soft landscaping and cycle parking provision.

Part refurbishment and part demolition, excavation and redevelopment involving the erection of an additional three storeys to provide a ground plus 13 storey building with a publicly accessible route through the site, incorporating ancillary office uses at basement levels, retail (Use Class E (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g)) at ground floor level and access to offices, office accommodation from levels 1-13 (Use Class E (g)) with privately accessible roof terraces, landscaping and other associated works. Consultation by the London Borough of Southwark on the part demolition to the rear of 1 and 3 - 7 Stamford Street together with: the erection of a ground plus three-storey podium comprising retail, leisure, office, education, gallery, library and assembly room uses; two levels of basement for servicing, plant, car and cycle parking plus pit access within a partial basement at level three; two residential buildings of 22 and 40 storeys above podium; an office building of 45 storeys above podium; improvements to the existing public house; landscaping at ground and podium levels; replacement boundary at the southern edge of the Site; plant and all other associated, enabling and ancillary works. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES) submitted pursuant to the Town and County Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, (LBS ref. 23/AP/1854).

Demolition of existing buildings and structures, retention of existing basement and construction of a new ground plus 11 storey office-led mixed use building with associated external roof terraces; hard and soft landscaping works; servicing and plant; provision of cycle storage; and ancillary works.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Condition 10 (Part D, E & G) (Detailed Design), 17 (Landscaping Detailing) and 30 (Approved Drawings) of Planning Permission dated 18 March 2021 (ref. 20/00214/FULMAJ) to enable: (i) Enlargement of the North West Lifts; (ii) Alterations to the cores at level six including plant layout and lift overruns; and (iii) Submission of design detail reserved by Condition 10 (Part D, E & G) and Condition 17.

Alteration and extension of the existing building for commercial use to include: (i) additional office floorspace (Use Class Eg) through infill extensions at upper levels and projecting north and east facade extensions above ground level; (ii) creation of two flexible commercial units (Class Ea/b/c/d/g) at ground floor; (iii) altered and additional entrances; (iv) creation of office amenity terraces and altered plant enclosures; (v) facade alterations including urban greening; (vi) landscaping; and (vii) associated works including the provision of improved access to the Scheduled Monument at basement level.

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary condition 7 (Approved Documents) of application reference 22/00624/LBC dated 15.11.2022 to incorporate the infill of existing lightwells, revise the MEP servicing strategy, relocation of plant at roof level, additional landscaping at roof level, additional openings to mansard roof, internal reconfiguration to expose original staircases and modification of plant enclosures at roof level.

Non-Material Amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act to planning permission reference 21/00272/FULMAJ dated 09.09.2021, as amended by planning permission reference 22/00638/NMA dated 15.11.2022 , to vary Condition 2 (Land Uses), Condition 29 (cycle parking) and Condition 41 (approved documents) to incorporate the infill of existing lightwells, revise the MEP servicing strategy, relocation of plant at roof level, additional landscaping at roof level and additional openings to mansard roof level and modification of plant enclosures at roof level.
