External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. (Amendment to scheme approved under 20/00933/LBC, for design amendments including the retention of existing western boundary wall, set back of the upper levels of the west elevation and atrium, and reduction of the footprint of the Snow Hill mansard roof, together with associated changes including to greening, modification to plant layout on the seventh floor, and realignment of windows on the east and south elevations).

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 20/00671/FULEIA to amend the description of development, the wording of condition 47 and 67 and to amend the consented plans listed under condition 68 to allow: (i) Extension of two retail units into circulation space at ground floor level; (ii) Reconfiguration of ancillary and retail spaces at first floor level; (iii) Repositioning of escalator from ground floor to first floor level; (iv) Extension of workspace into void space at second and third floor levels; (v) Additional floor of workspace within the tower set within the envelope of the approved building; and (vi) Introduction of a biodiverse green roof with solar PVs on the western tower set within a parapet with wrapped facade treatment.

Application for non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to amend planning permission 20/00581/FULMAJ dated 04.02.2021 to amend the approved plans to allow for amendments to: extend the facade so that it can align with the new facade at level 6; infilling of the level 1 floor above the secondary entrance; increase the height of the Atrium roof by 1500mm to approximately 3000mm AFFL; and relocation of the end of journey facilities along with the Building Management suite.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 19/00861/FULL dated 24th October 2019 to amend the approved plans to allow: i) Modification of two doors that lead onto the new terrace to increase their width and raise the opening; ii) Extension of existing lift overrun by approximately 350mm to facilitate the insertion of a new lift to the roof terrace; and iii) Insertion of new door from main stair core to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
