Non-material amendment pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to amend planning permission 21/00300/FULL (dated 20.08.2021) including the lowering of the window cill heights on the north, east and lightwell elevations; elevational alterations to the north and east elevations including blocking up of existing windows and raising of parapet to north; replacement metal framed windows to the south and west elevations; refinement of ground floor unit glazing details; and amendment to fins to level 6 mansard roof.

Non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 29/07/2021 (app. no. 20/00870/FULL) to vary condition 28 (approved plans) to allow for: (a) provision of glazed doors to accessible terraces; (b) provision of steps and door to roof plant roof; (c) revised layout of PV panels at roof level; (d) re-location of door and provision of additional doors at 7th floor level; (e) provision of openable window for smoke vent at ground floor level; (f) provision of dry riser inlet cabinet at ground floor level; (g) amendments to opening of existing doors at ground floor level; and (h) provision of high level louvres at ground floor level.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 18/01122/FULL, dated 22nd of March 2019, to amend the approved plans to allow: i) for a change to the appearance of three windows on the south facade; ii) changes the sizes of three louvres on the south facade at the basement and ground levels; and iii) changes the details of the external wall to the stair and riser roof enclosure.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 14/05/2020 (app. no. 17/01057/FULMAJ) to amend the approved plans to allow for: (i) amendments to the ground floor entrance doors, window treatments and materials on the Frederick's Place elevation; and (ii) a minor increase in the height of the plant enclosure at roof level.

Non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 15/01067/FULL dated 19.08.2016 to allow for alterations to the residential building including fenestration changes, the addition of a ground floor terrace, and use of a flat roof at level 15 as a residential terrace.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended) to planning permission dated 27.09.2018 (18/00124/FULL) and as amended by a non material amendment dated 25.02.2020 (20/00132/NMA) to allow for the reconfiguration of the internal layouts (includes increasing the number of bedrooms from 93 to 102 therefore amending condition 14 of the permission) and alterations to the elevations to reinstate two historic windows to the 6th floor mansard roof.
