Application under S73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to allow variation of condition 20 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/00514/FULL dated 4th February 2021 to allow the following amendments: i) Amendments to the paving to the Courtyard entrance; ii) Amendments to the design of the pavilion; iii) Amendments to the design of the planter on the western boundary of the terrace; iv) Amendments to the design of the walk on rooflight on the terrace; and v) Amendments to the plant enclosure screen.
