Application under section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission ref. 21/00271/FULMAJ dated 29.08.2023 to amend condition 95 (approved plans) to allow for the following revisions to the residential building: (i) internal reconfiguration within apartment layouts; (ii) formation of plant areas at basement levels; (iii) adjustments to the location and size of window openings; (iv) rationalisation of the façade panelling and (v) reconfiguration of the residential facilities at basement level.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 22/00202/FULMAJ (dated 23.01.2023) to vary condition 47 (approved drawings) for design changes including the rationalisation of the base design, relocation of the bin presentation area, refinement of window details, and alterations to roof access equipment; and the deletion of condition 36 (waste storage precluded) and condition 39(a) (waste storage details).

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 04 October 2021 (Reference 21/00549/FULL) to amend condition 19 (approved plans) to allow for (i) replacement of fourth floor balcony with Juliet balcony; and (ii) amalgamation of fourth floor two part window to a single window.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 70 and remove conditions 25, 30, 53, 55 and part (xxi) of 21 of Planning Permission ref. 20/00932/FULMAJ dated 30.09.2021 to amend approved drawings and for design amendments including the retention of existing western boundary wall, set back of the upper levels of the west elevation and atrium, and reduction of the footprint of the Snow Hill mansard roof, together with associated changes including to greening, modification to plant layout on the seventh floor, and realignment of windows on the east and south elevations.

External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. Non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 29/07/2021 (app. no. 20/00870/FULL) to vary condition 28 (approved plans) to allow for: (a) provision of glazed doors to accessible terraces; (b) provision of steps and door to roof plant roof; (c) revised layout of PV panels at roof level; (d) re-location of door and provision of additional doors at 7th floor level; (e) provision of openable window for smoke vent at ground floor level; (f) provision of dry riser inlet cabinet at ground floor level; (g) amendments to opening of existing doors at ground floor level; and (h) provision of high level louvres at ground floor level.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 18/01122/FULL, dated 22nd of March 2019, to amend the approved plans to allow: i) for a change to the appearance of three windows on the south facade; ii) changes the sizes of three louvres on the south facade at the basement and ground levels; and iii) changes the details of the external wall to the stair and riser roof enclosure.

Non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 22/12/2020 (app. no. 20/00179/FULL) to amend condition 21 (approved plans) to allow for the omission of the approved entrance to the B1/D1 medical unit on Warwick Lane, alterations to the approved fire entrance to provide a relocated entrance to the unit, and provision of louvres in lieu of glazing within the window frames.
