Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission dated 04/05/2018 (app. no. 17/01095/FULEIA) to amend the wording of condition 66 (approved drawings) to allow for: changes to landscaping, external dining and seating, additional smoke extract fans, new and relocated terrace doors, alteration to loading bay security, extension to west atrium at level 7, and addition of solid partition and backing panels behind glazed facade on south elevation.

Application for non-material amendment under S96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to amend planning permission 20/00581/FULMAJ dated 04.02.2021 to amend the approved plans to allow for amendments to: extend the facade so that it can align with the new facade at level 6; infilling of the level 1 floor above the secondary entrance; increase the height of the Atrium roof by 1500mm to approximately 3000mm AFFL; and relocation of the end of journey facilities along with the Building Management suite.

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) on planning permission 21/00052/FULL dated 25/05/2021, to extend the existing lift core in lieu of the consented platform lift, removal of fixed seating to allow for flexible space, increase in planting around edge of terrace, introduction of servery, and removal of BMU steels. Proposed removal of condition 4(a) relating to the platform lift and condition 4(f) relating to the access stair, and addition of details of servery and access gate to condition 4(c).

Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act to planning permission dated 11th September 2020 (20/00311/FULMAJ) to amend the wording of condition 52 is sought to amend the wording of condition 52 to extend the time period required for the replacement of trees.
