External alterations and refurbishments works including: replacement of windows; erection of new cycle parking spaces; and introduction of a platform lift.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Condition 10 (Part D, E & G) (Detailed Design), 17 (Landscaping Detailing) and 30 (Approved Drawings) of Planning Permission dated 18 March 2021 (ref. 20/00214/FULMAJ) to enable: (i) Enlargement of the North West Lifts; (ii) Alterations to the cores at level six including plant layout and lift overruns; and (iii) Submission of design detail reserved by Condition 10 (Part D, E & G) and Condition 17.

External alterations for removal of windows to accommodate temporary air conditioning units in the West Wing committee rooms 2, 3 and 4.

Internal and external alterations to the existing building including replacement and refurbishment of selected windows at levels two, three, four, five and dormer windows at the east, south and west elevations, refurbishment of internal circulation spaces, reception and end of journey space, refurbishment of floors one, two, three, four and five, alterations to the ceiling at fifth floor level, and replacement of existing plant at roof level.

Alterations to the main entrance including replacement of existing sliding doors with new revolving doors, and replacement of east entrance sliding doors with revolving doors; new soft and hard landscaping at the main entrances and external lighting.

Change of use of the first floor function room and associated kitchen and toilets associated with the public house (sui generis) to create 6 hotel rooms associated with a mixed use comprising public house and hotel bedrooms (sui generis) with associated internal alterations; and the installation of six condenser units on the existing plant deck and new drainage connections.

Change of use of Units 1-27 and central mall within the Liverpool Street Metropolitan Arcade and the erection of a roof level extension for the display or retail sale of goods (Use Class E (a)) and/or sale of food and drink (Use Class E(b) and/or Sui Generis (drinking establishments), along with external alterations to the Arcade entrances and replacement and the installation of mechanical plant at roof level and other associated works.

Minor alterations to office building comprising the replacement of ground floor entrance door and refurbishment of existing communal roof terrace.

Alterations to the existing shopfront involving the creation of an additional entrance to provide level access.
