Demolition of the building and the erection of a basement, ground plus part 14 storey and part six storey building plus plant comprising of a 311 bedroom hotel with a ground floor cafe/bar and roof top restaurant (Use Class C1) and office floorspace (Use Class E) at part ground and part first floor with ancillary community uses, hard and soft landscaping, cycle parking and associated works.

Demolition of the existing building at 1-6 Holborn Circus (known as Thavies Inn House) and the erection of a ten storey Class E building for office use with Class E retail use at part ground floor level with works to include reinstatement and new pedestrian routes through the site; hard and soft landscaping works including removal and replacement trees within the public highway, and creation of pocket park in Thavies Inn; widening of the footway on St Andrew Street; and other works incidental to the proposed development.

Change of use from office (E) use class, to flexible Class E and/or C2 Residential Institution, alterations and refurbishment of listed building (including partial demolition / replacement of existing roof structures and rooflights with new) to form Rough Sleeper Assessment Centre. Installation of new external plant and changes to landscaping including creation of covered seating area, installation of new bike stands and access gate.

Alterations to Finsbury Circus Gardens including the construction of a new park office building, pavilion cafe (Use Class E) and gardeners storage yard, the re-instatement and re-location of the listed fountain, relocation of an unlisted fountain, demolition of the bandstand, hard and soft landscape works including removal of 12 trees and 4 trees to be crown lifted.

Demolition of existing buildings at 14-21 Holborn Viaduct, 34-35 and 32-33A Farringdon Street, and construction of a new building arranged over 2 basement levels, ground and 10 upper floors to Holborn Viaduct and 12 upper floors to Farringdon Street to provide a new Commercial, Business and Service (Class E) building; new publicly accessible lift to provide step-free access between Holborn Viaduct and Farringdon Street; hard and soft landscaping works and other works incidental to the development.

i) Demolition of 41-43 Mincing Lane, 40-54 Fenchurch Street, former church hall and the Clothworkers' Hall and its redevelopment to provide a new building comprising four levels of basement (including a basement mezzanine level), ground, mezzanine, plus part 9, 31 and 35 storeys plus plant containing offices (B1) and flexible shop/financial and professional services/cafe and restaurant uses (A1/A2/A3) at ground floor level; and flexible shop/cafe and restaurant/drinking establishment uses (A1/A3/A4) at levels 10 and 11, including winter garden (Sui Generis); ii) Reprovision of the Clothworkers' accommodation (Sui Generis) within part ground, part first, part second and part third floors and four levels of basement (including a basement mezzanine level); iii) Creation of ground level public access to level 10 roof garden and basement level 1 to Grade II Listed crypt; iv) Dismantling, relocation and reconstruction of the Lambe's Chapel Crypt to basement level 1 and associated exhibition accommodation (Sui Generis) (listed Grade II); v) Alterations to and conservation of the Grade I Listed Tower of All Hallows Staining; vi) Provision of new hard and soft landscaping and other associated works.
