Repairs and minor alterations to the existing windows and window framing at first, second and third floor levels of Crescent House, including: stripping, repairing and redecorating existing window frames; replacement of existing single-glazing with vacuum glazing panels; insulation works to the main concrete vaulted roof and first floor concrete soffit; and associated works.

Works comprising the installation of new plant services; replacement / refurbishment of windows; and internal alterations associated with the refurbishment and fire safety works to reception area and third and fifth floor offices.

An application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary condition 4 (approved drawings) of Listed Building Consent 20/00694/LBC dated 3 August 2021 to allow for amendments comprising: (i) alterations to the material of roof gutters; (ii) alterations to rainwater goods, outlets and SVPs; (iii) replacement casement windows at roof level; (iv) repairs to the railings to the south elevation; (v) additional ventilation detail below the consented proposed slope; (vi) insertion of a sacrificial stone kerb; and (vii ) lightning protection.

Application under Section 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings) Act 1990 to vary condition 5 (approved drawings) of Listed Building Consent 22/00203/LBC for design changes including the rationalisation of the base design, relocation of the bin presentation area, refinement of window details, and alterations to roof access equipment.

Internal and external alterations to the existing building including replacement and refurbishment of selected windows at levels two, three, four, five and dormer windows at the east, south and west elevations, refurbishment of internal circulation spaces, reception and end of journey space, refurbishment of floors one, two, three, four and five, alterations to the ceiling at fifth floor level, and replacement of existing plant at roof level.

The erection of a new roof terrace, associated lift overrun and extension of stair core, the extension of the rear fire escape to roof level, installation of PV panels on roof, replacement of windows, alterations to existing entrances to create level access, internal alteration to mezzanine and new external staircase for basement access for commuters.

External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. (Amendment to scheme approved under 20/00933/LBC, for design amendments including the retention of existing western boundary wall, set back of the upper levels of the west elevation and atrium, and reduction of the footprint of the Snow Hill mansard roof, together with associated changes including to greening, modification to plant layout on the seventh floor, and realignment of windows on the east and south elevations).

Refurbishment and extension of the building to create additional floorspace with roof terrace for Class E use; erection of a pavilion structure at roof level; installation of new terrace areas with associated landscaping and balustrades; extension of existing plant enclosure; installation of plant equipment and kitchen extract duct; alterations to facade, including works to clock face on Fleet Street, and at ground floor level; alterations and extension to existing windows and vitrines; internal alterations to the ground floor lobby and interiors, and internal works to sixth floor heritage rooms; reinstatement of carriageway connections; provision of new ancillary facilities and other associated works.

Removal of existing mezzanine floor and insertion of replacement floor, alterations to the fenestration on Shoe Lane at pavement level, insertion of an opening in the internalised east elevation of City Temple at lower ground and mezzanine level to facilitate linkage with Morley House, insertion of louvres on the Plumtree Court elevation; enlargement and underpinning existing foundations and additional column foundations; new Atrium junction detail between hotel and City Temple Church; and installation of new plant in association with the change of use of the lower ground and mezzanine floor to office space.

Internal alterations and external repairs including (i) the installation of new flooring and internal decorative works to the ground floor level; (ii) internal decorative works to the mezzanine level; (iii) repair works to existing external window frames and doors and metal work on front facade; (iv) and removal existing signage and installation of new signage, including a non-illuminated projecting sign, an internally illuminated logo behind the glazed facade, a vinyl sign behind the glazed facade and a like for like of a nameplate sign.
