Application under Section 19 of Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary Condition 3 of Listed Building Consent 22/01021/LBC dated 18th January 2023 to amend the control of lighting.

Application under Section 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings) Act 1990 to Listed Building Consent 22/00232/LBC dated 5th July 2022 Condition 6 (Approved Drawings) to amend dimensions and positioning of rooflights and removal of metal grating above rear external courtyard.

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary condition 7 (Approved Documents) of application no. 21/00290/LBC to amend internal layouts, extents of cores and WC provision, amended GF layout, amended Finsbury Circus foyer, and retention of existing fabric in prototype suite.

Listed building consent to form openings and amend the internal layout and associated fit out works at first, second and third floor levels.

Refurbishment works to basement, lower ground and ground floor levels of Basildon House, including (i) internal alterations to re-align partition wall and amend entrance lobby, (ii) removal of external non-original goods lift and associated making good to north elevation with new railings and window to match, (iii) replacement cabling boxes, (iv) new external lighting to basement level, and (v) new externally illuminated sign to north elevation railings.
