Erection of new glazed internal partitioning to the front right unit of the ground floor. Installation of one new air conditioning unit within the floorplate (comprising internal ceiling cassette), facilitated by the replacement of an external condenser within the lightwell of the building.

External repair and refurbishment of 36 Carter Lane including stone, terracotta and sgraffito repair, cleaning and making good; repointing; repair of roof weather-proofing details and guttering; and associated scaffolding erection.

Conversion of the building to a hotel with ancillary uses, including internal and external refurbishment, erection of a glazed roof over the courtyard, lowering of part of courtyard to basement level 2, conversion of basements, erection of a two storey extension, provision of cycle parking, refuse and recycling storage, replacement UKPN substation, landscaping and all associated works.

The erection of a carved Portland Stone plaque to commemorate Grinling Gibbons to the exterior wall of the Warden's Room within the Drapers Garden, measuring approximately 700x200x580mm.

Internal and external refurbishment works comprising the retention and cleaning of the existing facades, modifications to the secondary entrance at the corner of Bouverie Street and Tudor Street, and the rationalisation of internal floorplates (ii) extension of the building at fifth and sixth floor level to create additional B1 office floorspace (iii) the provision of landscaped roof terraces at levels, five, six, and seven (v) Installation of a new entrance fronting Tudor Street (vi) demolition of mansard roof of 26 Tudor Street and erection of replacement mansard roof.

External and internal alterations of the building including: (i) fabric removal and refurbishment works on all floors; (ii) replacement of all windows; (iii) installation of two additional lift shafts and lifts; (iv) extension of floor slabs into service risers; (v) removal of half landing toilet floors; (vi) reconfiguration of main entrance and foyer including new sesame lift, new doorways in internal wall, platform lifts to ground floor level and installation of new sesame lift at riverside level; (vii) alterations to eastern lightwell including extension into service riser with new windows and refurbishment of external fire escape stairs/lift; (viii) replacement of plant including rooftop plant rooms, lowering of south eastern corner rooftop wall and erection of roof top lobby with associated landscaped amenity terrace; (ix); and internal alterations to level -2 to create new cycle parking, changing facilities and waste storage facilities.
