Repairs and minor alterations to the existing windows and window framing at first, second and third floor levels of Crescent House, including: stripping, repairing and redecorating existing window frames; replacement of existing single-glazing with vacuum glazing panels; insulation works to the main concrete vaulted roof and first floor concrete soffit; and associated works.

Internal alterations to ground floor within the Chef's Shower Room, Staff Rest Room and The Lodge of Mansion House.

New and replacement plant to the roof of Grade II Listed Building Basildon House.

Installation of a new sprinkler system throughout Great Arthur House including communal and private residential areas. Works includ adaptions and making good to flat entrances, partition walls, ceilings and external walls.

Removal of existing mezzanine floor and insertion of replacement floor, alterations to the fenestration on Shoe Lane at pavement level, insertion of an opening in the internalised east elevation of City Temple at lower ground and mezzanine level to facilitate linkage with Morley House, insertion of louvres on the Plumtree Court elevation; enlargement and underpinning existing foundations and additional column foundations; new Atrium junction detail between hotel and City Temple Church; and installation of new plant in association with the change of use of the lower ground and mezzanine floor to office space.

Replacement of temporary signage fitted to the railings of Trinity House.

Internal alterations and refurbishment of 51 Defoe House including: 1. Lengthening of existing right hand side wall to kitchen hatch. 2. Removal of existing glazed, pocket door to kitchen and lengthening of existing L-shaped side wall. 3. Creation of new opening with fixed glazing in hallway/bedroom wall, relocation of light switch and addition of new double socket.

Installation of new fire signage in communal areas of residential blocks and removal of old redundant fire signage across the Barbican Estate including: Andrewes House, Ben Johnson House, Breton House, Bryer Court, Bunyan Court, Defoe House, Gilbert House, John Trundle Court, Mountjoy House, Seddon House, Speed House, Thomas Moore House, Willoughby House, Frobisher Crescent, Lauderdale Tower, Shakespeare Tower and Cromwell Tower.

i) Installation of two-storey plant enclosure on the roof of Core 5; ii) Installation of new party wall structures to physically separate Colcutt House from Coronation House at every level; iii) New wall openings through Core 5 to provide access to the new fire escape stair; iv) Replacement of existing window at basement level to create a new fire escape onto Lloyds Avenue; and v) Internal opening and associated works.

Replacement of 4 No. Roof Condensers and installation of 4 No. Isolator Units located on the external recessed flat roof of Basildon House.
