Removal of existing mezzanine floor and insertion of replacement floor, alterations to the fenestration on Shoe Lane at pavement level, insertion of an opening in the internalised east elevation of City Temple at lower ground and mezzanine level to facilitate linkage with Morley House, insertion of louvres on the Plumtree Court elevation; enlargement and underpinning existing foundations and additional column foundations; new Atrium junction detail between hotel and City Temple Church; and installation of new plant in association with the change of use of the lower ground and mezzanine floor to office space.

Installation of vertical blade blinds to two office windows and the installation of an acoustic ventilation grille to office partition.

Internal and external alterations to facilitate change of use of building from office to flexible Class E and/or C2 Residential Institution (Rough Sleeper Assessment Centre), including alterations and refurbishment of listed building (including partial demolition / replacement of existing roof structures and rooflights with new); installation of new external plant and changes to landscaping including creation of covered seating area; installation of new bike stands; and access gate.

To partially remove a metal stud partition wall, extending an existing open plan office area into a space currently used as a lobby. A new leaf and a half door will be fitted into a new metal stud partition wall between two columns near the upper landing of the left hand side crescent staircase that leads from the ground floor reception to the mezzanine level. This new wall will be set back from the existing ceiling moulding. A new small lobby will be created by a proposed metal stud partition wall constructed between a column and the existing partition lobby wall on the right hand side of the crescent staircase. The relocation of an existing access controlled door will facilitate a new access point from the resized lobby into a client meeting room.

Installation of air conditioning unit in 3 offices on the top floor of 4-6 Staple Inn and installation of external unit in lightwell at the rear of 7 Staple Inn.

Internal office refurbishment of the existing fifth floor level with the installation of new internal partitions, suspended ceilings and floor finishes.
