Demolition and reconstruction of the existing third floor level and rear three storey extension; construction of a new mansard roof extension; creation of a rear ground floor terrace; and other associated external and internal works.

Part demolition, repair, and refurbishment of the building known as the Poultry Market, Charterhouse Street at ground, first and basement levels, associated with a change of use of the building to provide a museum and ancillary uses and areas; including: works associated with an entrance structure on West Poultry Avenue; internal alterations including creation of a part new first floor; fabric removal and refurbishment on all floors; replacement glazing; facade cleaning and other facade repair; levelling of ground floor; works of repair to the roof; installation of new heating and cooling equipment; new M&E services; repurposing of the south service bay and associated infill structure; remodelling of the north service bay; internal decoration; replacement balustrade; and other associated works as shown on the submitted plans and drawings.

External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. (Amendment to scheme approved under 20/00933/LBC, for design amendments including the retention of existing western boundary wall, set back of the upper levels of the west elevation and atrium, and reduction of the footprint of the Snow Hill mansard roof, together with associated changes including to greening, modification to plant layout on the seventh floor, and realignment of windows on the east and south elevations).

Replacement of existing flat roof finishes, demolition of existing tank room and part rebuilding to facilitate roof access, new access ladders to roof, replacement roof access to and internal alteration of existing east stair, replacement of roof lanterns to northwest and replacement of glass block rooflight with walk on rooflight, new temporary structural beam to support Guard Tower, replacement access equipment and balustrading, internal alterations, and other associated works.

Internal and external alterations to facilitate change of use of building from office to flexible Class E and/or C2 Residential Institution (Rough Sleeper Assessment Centre), including alterations and refurbishment of listed building (including partial demolition / replacement of existing roof structures and rooflights with new); installation of new external plant and changes to landscaping including creation of covered seating area; installation of new bike stands; and access gate.

Alterations to and refurbishment of the existing Grade II* listed Daily Express Building at 120 Fleet Street, including works to detach the building from the River Court with demolition of part of linking floorplate and structure from basement level 01 to level 06, demolition of roof and installation of new roof with associated roof garden, erection of new north facade, retention of south-east curved corner and part demolition of existing east facade from ground level to level 05, erection of new facade and shopfront, demolition of level 06 landing and extension to existing oval staircase to provide access to new roof with new core on north side incorporating new lift between roof top level and basement level 01, installation of new staircase between rooftop level and basement level 02, demolition of mezzanine at basement level 01, removal of internal partitions and associated works.

Demolition of the existing refuse store located to the rear of 5 Devonshire Square and its replacement with a new structure including green roof and replacement terrace to enclose the refuse yard on Harrow Place.

External and internal refurbishment to include works to Grace Hall, remodelling the internal entrance lobby, remodelling the lower ground floor to include provision of cycle storage and cycle facilities (showers/lockers) , renovation of office floors 1-4, creation of new access to an existing terrace at 4th floor level, demolition of existing plant enclosure and installation of new plant within a plant enclosure at roof level. Conversion of mezzanine dining area to ancillary office use involving a change of use from events venue use (sui generis) to ancillary office use (Class E). External facade cleaning and redecoration of all internal spaces.

External and internal alterations together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works.

Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 7 (approved plans) of listed building consent dated 24/09/2020 (19/01346/LBC) to incorporate minor material amendments comprising: (i) reconfiguration of the existing floorplate to partially infill lightwell 05 from basement to level 08; (ii) partial infill of extension of lightwell 04 from level 02-08; (iii) relocation of plant at level 07 and 08; (iv) demolition and remodelling from the existing chimney to core 05; (v) restoration of the balustrade and reconstruction of the dormer window to the southern facade; (vi) extension of the roof terrace and creation of additional terraces at roof level and in the base of the lightwell; (vii) installation of a new treatment to lightwell 05 facade and a mansard roof system; (viii) reconfiguration of access to cycle storage and facilities, including relocation of lifts; and (ix) provision of additional amenities inclusive of cycle parking, showers, lockers and waste storage.
