Repairs and minor alterations to the existing windows and window framing at first, second and third floor levels of Crescent House, including: stripping, repairing and redecorating existing window frames; replacement of existing single-glazing with vacuum glazing panels; insulation works to the main concrete vaulted roof and first floor concrete soffit; and associated works.

New and replacement plant to the roof of Grade II Listed Building Basildon House.

i) Installation of two-storey plant enclosure on the roof of Core 5; ii) Installation of new party wall structures to physically separate Colcutt House from Coronation House at every level; iii) New wall openings through Core 5 to provide access to the new fire escape stair; iv) Replacement of existing window at basement level to create a new fire escape onto Lloyds Avenue; and v) Internal opening and associated works.

Replacement of 4 No. Roof Condensers and installation of 4 No. Isolator Units located on the external recessed flat roof of Basildon House.

The installation of 14 cowls to the roof of Crescent House to terminate the existing ventilation ducts and replace unauthorised extract fans.
