Submission of details for parts a, b, c, d, f, g, i, j, k, l, m pursuant to condition 7 of planning permission ref. 21/00709/FULMAJ dated 13/05/2022 for details for: particulars and samples for materials for external faces of building and hard landscaping; new proposed facade; all alterations to existing facade; junctions with adjoining premises; soffits, handrails and balustrades; proposed amendments to the loading bay; all the hard surfacing, landscaping and materials through the courtyard walkway; the colonnade portal entrances and colonnade interior including ceiling details; all entrances and new glazed insertions and extensions; the new toggle system and interface with retained fabric.
