Details of the integration of window cleaning equipment and the garaging thereof, plant, flues, fire escapes and other excrescences at roof level pursuant to condition 18(j) of planning permission 18/01345/FULL dated 26 February 2019.

Installation of telecommunications equipment on the roof of the existing building consisting of (i) three quadpod frames accommodating twelve antennas (6no. VF and 6no. TEF) (ii) four satellite dishes (iii) four equipment cabinets and associated works.

Determination under Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) as to whether prior approval is required for the installation of 6no. antennas mounted on steel roofpod frames (2no. antennas per steel frame) (56.28m AOD from ground level to top of masts), 4no. 600mm dishes, 7no. equipment housing cabinets and associated works at roof level. Reconsultation following reciept of revised proposed plans in AOD measurements.

Submission of details pursuant to the following condition of planning permission 19/00221/FULL dated 23.05.19: 1(a) Details of the front entrance door, alterations required to create the bin store opening and ventilation openings, the bin store doors, and the ventilation louvres, 1 (b) Details of all new windows and alterations to existing windows, 1 (c) Details and samples of the zinc cladding to 4th floor and 5th floors and the roof, 1 (d) Details of the fourth floor dormers, 1 (e) Details of the balcony and roof terrace balustrades, 1 (f) Samples of proposed bricks for new construction and works of making good.

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 23 (Drawing numbers) & 24 (Approved floor areas) of planning permission dated 30 March 2012 (app. no. 11/00773/FULEIA) (as amended by 19/01227/NMA dated 17 December 2019) to enable minor material amendments to the approved scheme including: relocation of office entrance; amendments to the facade and plant; an increase in office floor space and a decrease in retail floorspace; an increase in cycle parking; and an increase in roof terrace provision. (The total proposed floor area of the building is 8,516sq.m GEA, comprising 8,330sq.m of office floorspace and 186sq.m of retail (Class A1) floorspace.)
