Installation of two fall restraint wires at roof level.

Temporary removal and storage of the retail windows at 88-92 Moorgate to create a temporary access route, enabling consented works approved under planning permission ref: 20/00673/FULL and Listed Building Consent ref: 20/00674/LBC.

Installation and display of two externally illuminated fascia signs measuring 2.1m in width, 2.34m in height, 0.09m in depth displayed at a height of 9m above ground level on the north and south elevation of the building.

Installation of a new sprinkler system throughout Great Arthur House including communal and private residential areas. Works includ adaptions and making good to flat entrances, partition walls, ceilings and external walls.

External works comprising: (i) re-painting of decorative shopfront metal works, window frames, stallriser and entrance doors; (ii) installation of a retractable awning above shopfront entrance; (iii) installation of bronze metal door handles to shopfront entrance door; (iv) removal of existing timber fascia panel and replacement with new timber fascia panels; and (v) installation of signage.

Internal works including (i) installation of low level plasterboard ceiling covering part of ground floor level, with recessed AC cassettes; (ii) installation of internal electric heater above ground floor entrance; (iii) installation of pendant lights and track mounted LED lights at ground floor ceiling; (iv) installation of timber bench seating at ground floor rear; (v) installation of timber benches and tables at ground floor front; (vi) installation of counters at ground floor front, comprising ceramic tiles with timber work surfaces; (vii) ceramic tiling of floors at internal entrance, existing WC and food service area, and vinyl floor finish in the existing officer area at ground floor; (viii) reconfiguration of basement toilet layout- removal of existing stud walls and replacement with new to form new toilet area and the new plasterboard ceiling to replace existing; (ix) removal of existing stud walls in basement kitchen and replacement with new to form new kitchen entrance and cold store; (x) installation of stainless-steel counters within sinks in kitchen; and (xi) new plasterboard ceiling to replace existing in kitchen and the installation of ductwork to connect to the existing extraction.

Internal alterations at third floor level in association with the change of use from barristers' chambers to a single residential unit.

Proposal to segregate 3, 5 and 7 Throgmorton Avenue from 23 Great Winchester Street and 15, 17 - 19 Throgmorton Avenue. Works to include structural compartmentation walls to internal separation walls, the removal of a link bridge between 3 Throgmorton Avenue and 23 Great Winchester Street and reinstate the external facades to match existing. Internally, the infills will be to the structural openings where doorways are being removed and protection of existing conditions/finishes to 23 Great Winchester Street. This will also include the removal of redundant steps locally to the interface with the link bridge within each building demise.

Proposed 1no. non-illuminated fascia sign and 1no. non-illuminated projecting sign, and internal refurbishment and decorations.

Installation of rooftop telecommunications equipment consisting of 12no. panel antennas together with 1no. 0.6m diameter dish antenna, 6no. equipment cabinets, and ancillary development thereto.
