Amendments to planning permission dated 21 June 2023 (RN 23/01932/FULL) for: the variation of Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 8 October 2020 (RN 20/02713/FULL) for 'the erection of single storey porters lodge; installation of new boundary railings and gates; landscaping works; and associated alterations to entrances of main buildings'. Namely, to amend the planting schedule to change the hedging from "Carpinus betulus" to "Taxus baccata".

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 20 December 2020 (RN 20/05311/FULL) for the erection of a single-storey rear extension at lower ground floor, installation of sash windows to the front elevation and alterations to the front boundary wall and front lightwell; NAMELY, replacement of low level flat roofs of rear extension with pitched slate roofs (along boundaries).

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 September 2019 (RN: 19/05268/FULL) for 'Provision of visitor access to the west front of the Westminster Abbey through the construction of an ancillary ticketing building on the north side of the Abbey with associated landscaping works including alterations to boundary railings'. NAMELY, update drawings to reflect new design that adapts to the excavations of medieval structure below and preserves the archaeology.

Amendments to planning permission dated 9th March 2023 (RN: 22/06526/COFUL) for Variation of conditions 1 and 15 of planning permission dated 19/11/2020 (RN 19/06451/COFUL) for the redevelopment of existing play space to provide a new building comprising a flexible Class D1 (non-residential institutions) use at ground floor level, 14 x affordable house units (7 x 1-bed and 7 x 2-bed) on first to fifth floors with associated terraces/balconies (Class C3); associated access and other works including a subterranean rainwater harvesting tank; new plant, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping. Removal of existing boundary railings and brick wall base adjoining Paddington Street Gardens North and construction of new boundary wall: NAMELY; to amend the wording of Condition 14 to allow for further works to two trees (T4 and T14).

Variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 7 of planning permission dated 8th September 2022 (RN:22/02621/FULL) for the Erection of extension to rear at ground floor level; Alterations to side extension including installation of roof light and sedum blue roof; and alterations to boundary walls including installation of trellises. Namely, omission of solar panels, replacement of flat rooflight with a lantern style rooflight; and alterations to detailed design of rear extension.

Namely, to allow amendments to site plan layout, including ramps to main entrances of main building, and submission of details of hard and soft landscaping.
