Details of an approval of a Construction Logistics Plan in consultation with Transport for London, detailed design and method statements of all foundations (in consultation with London Underground) and tree protection method statement ( in consultation with Transport for London) pursuant to conditions 4 a), 5a) and 6a) ( partial in respect of the proposed demolition works of the 5th floor plant enclosure and associated works ) of the planning permission dated 17th February 2020 (RN: 19/04081/FULL) and varied by the NMA dated 24 November 2022 RN: 22/06967/NMA) .

Amendments to planning permission dated 16th March 2021 (RN: 20/04933/FULL) for Demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level 1 for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); namely, to amend wording of condition 32 to allow removal of existing planting and trees at first floor level in advance of approval of a new/replacement hard and soft landscaping scheme for the first floor.

Variation of conditions 1, 5 ,11 and 12 attached to the planning permission dated 25 January 2019 (RN 18/10192/FULL) which varied the original planning permission dated 17 April 2018 (RN 17/09039/FULL) for: the Demolition of existing workshop to side of building, excavation of basement with rear lightwells, erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground floor level and two dormers to side and rear at roof level ; NAMELY, to vary the wording of condition 5 in respect of the side dormer as building , other external changes to the consented design , compliance with Appendix A of the Code of Construction Practice , and replacement tree planting .

Replacement of metal mesh and door and restoration of the Snowdon Aviary to encompass new monkey species, apparatus and informal housing for aviary species, safety and balustrade alterations to 'M' bridge, replacement of concrete shelter and erection of new animal house annex and links, alterations to the education building to the west of the aviary, removal and replacement of trees and landscaping alterations including installation of new gate for construction and emergency vehicles, together with demolition of north pheasantry aviaries and re-landscaping.
